Responsibly Transforming Organisations around the World: WBS collaborates with the Rehumanize Institute

WBS was delighted to host leaders from across the globe for a one-day think tank on sustainable business practices.  The day’s discussions formed part of the Denmark-based Rehumanize Institute’s Responsible Business Programme.

The South African module of the programme focused on Africa’s unique challenges and opportunities within the context of new world orders fuelled by geopolitical changes, the climate crisis, exponential technological acceleration, and the need for innovative, impactful leadership.

We were also excited to welcome representatives from the Danish Embassy who are also participating in the programme, further strengthening the global North and South dialogue around responsible business and creating networks for collaboration between the Nordics and South Africa.

The Rehumanize Institute is renowned for its work in corporate responsibility and social impact. This partnership is a significant step towards building stronger, sustainable business practices in the region, and we’re thrilled to see it in action!

With thanks to keynote speaker, innovator and academic Dr Adam Pantanowitz, the Danish Embassy’s Deputy Head of Mission Eva Bjerre Carstensen for her welcome remarks, and Co-founder and CEO of the Rehumanize Institute Laila Pawlak for her expert and dynamic facilitation.
