Drikus Kriek, Associate Professor of HR and Leadership at Wits Business School, recently presented a paper at the Africa Academy of Management (AFAM) Conference in Stellenbosch. His paper - Student Preferences for Arts-Based Methods in Leadership Education – A Cluster Analysis from Morocco was awarded the prize as Best Paper in the Teaching and Learning track at the conference. The paper was co-written by Professor Albrecht Fritzsche of Rabat Business School – UIR in Morocco.  Prof Kriek is also the Dean of the IEDC Bled School of Management in Slovenia.
