ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • This programme is intended for senior executives, business owners, entrepreneurs and public sector leaders with significant organisational leadership responsibilities.
  • An appropriate NQF Level 8 qualification or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant post-university professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive, C-suite or equivalent strategic leadership role.
  • Mathematics: A level of competence equivalent to the requirements of the SA Matriculation certificate.
  • Compulsory selection interview for shortlisted applicants to assess leadership experience, strategic capability and programme fit.

PROGRAMME FORMAT

The Wits-Kedge MBA in Global Executive Leadership is an intensive 17-month blended programme (January 2027 – June 2028) delivered by academic and industry experts from South Africa, and France and designed for busy executives.

Online learning: Interactive e-learning, live virtual classes, case studies, coaching and peer-to-peer project.

Capstone project: Integrating learning to develop actionable solutions for actual business issues/problems.

In-person learning: Immersive weekend sessions over the programme period in Johannesburg and Paris, combining masterclasses, leadership workshops, and cultural exposure.

Personal development track: Executive coaching, leadership reflection, and career transformation support.

Without derogating from the aforesaid, and insofar as it possible, WBS will provide the participants or funders of the participants with 30 (thirty days) days written notice of any cancellation or changes in the dates of delivery of the programme. 

Insofar as the programme is cancelled or rescheduled prior to delivery of the programme then in that event the participants and funders of the participants will not be charged the full programme fees.
