Ravi is a strategic leader and academic with over 25 years of senior experience spanning multinational business, public–private partnerships, governance, and systems leadership across Africa and Europe. Deep expertise in Business strategy, ESG, stakeholder engagement, marketing, transformation, and reputation management, underpinned by executive roles at Nestlé and ongoing board and council appointments. An established public commentator and lecturer at leading business schools, with a strong research and teaching focus on food systems, strategy, leadership and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Ravi is Head of the Food Safety Leadership Initiative at WBS. He was previously a lecturer at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, advisor to the Chairperson & MD of Nestle East & Southern Africa, and Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Director of Nestle East & Southern Africa,
