A global study of CEO perceptions by Korn Ferry shows that top leaders are putting a higher value on technology and tangible assets in their organisations than on the value of their people. In the study, 44 percent of business leaders said that they believe the prevalence of robotics, automation and artificial intelligence (AI) will make people “largely irrelevant” in the future of work.
