How Disruptive Technologies and Innovation in this Digital Age is transforming Customer Service Operations

In the age of Uber, Airbnb and Amazon, traditional models of delivery and customer service are radically changing, while cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple) are further driving disruptive innovation in financial services and beyond. In addition, the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics is changing the ways in which companies need to be organised for success in the 21st century. We are living in an era where adaptability will be the hallmark of success. Old models are falling away, and for many business leaders and organisations this ‘step change’ is proving hard to keep pace with.

WBS Executive in Residence Euvin Naidoo is pleased to be hosting a MasterClass to unpack these trends, drawing on the latest global and local thinking. Euvin will be joined by two of our continent's leading thinkers and practitioners to discuss and analyse the latest thinking across the above themes: Kuseni Dlamini, Chairman of Massmart and Llew Claassen, Executive Director of the Bitcoin Foundation.
