Biography
Dr Ramona Baijnath is a people-centred leader and scholar whose work blends academic insight with intentional impact. Holding a PhD in Industrial Sociology and an MBA from Wits Business School, she brings over 16 years of senior public-sector leadership across health, public administration, infrastructure and environment, complemented by experience in media, communications and industrial sociology. As a Research Associate for the South African Research Chair for Social Change, her work focuses on leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion and institutional transformation. She champions inclusive, agile and future-focused organisations, embodying the values, vision and spirit of the WBS alumni community.
