A Chartered Accountant who started her career in corporate finance, Yoland
a has served on numerous JSE-listed companies as non-executive director, including Absa Group where she served for 12 years. She was one of the youngest CEOs of a JSE-listed company at the age of 29, and among many other honours was selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader.
Yolanda is passionate about inclusive social and financial development. She has served on the Nelson Mandela Foundation Investment Committee since 2006 and in 2022 was appointed trustee of the Nelson Mandela Foundation. She is also the founder of the Mentorship Boardroom.
