Molotsi is co-author of the book The Intrapreneur’s Journey in which he shares how the most innovative companies have successfully driven growth by empowering employees to work on their own ideas.
He will discuss the ‘Intrapreneurship Empowerment Model’ and how to create a culture of innovation in a company, which includes:

Hugh Molotsi, based in Silicon Valley, advises and invests in start-ups. In 2015, he concluded a 22-year career at Intuit where his last position was Engineering Fellow and Vice President of Innovation.
