| Overview | : | To develop the knowledge and skills needed by project leaders to complete projects on time, within a budget, meeting agreed client needs while developing the full potential of their team in a complex organisational role. |
| Description | : | This five day full time programme provides participants with an insight into the technical, financial and organisational aspects of project management. Project definition, planning, implementing and control phases are covered, using methods and techniques which can be adapted to suit projects of any size or complexity. Participants will receive detailed information using appropriate computer software, and spend half a day in the computer laboratory applying that knowledge in the management of a medium sized project. |
