Overview	:	To introduce new managers to business principles and develop skills in general management areas.
Description	:	The programme in Principles of Business and Management is a management development programme which assists newly appointed managers to develop a range of competencies relevant to their new positions. The programme is run on a block-release system.
Who Should attend	:	Age or educational qualifications are not determining factors for admission to the programme. The programme specifically caters for those candidates who do not have five year’s management experience necessary for admission to the Management Advancement Programme (MAP).
