Participants will learn to solve interpersonal problems at work by applying the principle of empathy and practical models of human behaviour relating to both individuals and groups. A special feature of the programme is the extensive use of
feedback techniques drawn from industrial and counselling
psychology. In coming to understand their own style of emotional
intelligence, participants are helped to manage themselves and
others more effectively. The course is run on a participative, experiential basis. |
