Why WBS MBA?

Applicants should have obtained a bachelor's or higher degree from a recognized university or similar institution. In very exceptional cases an application from a person who holds a senior managerial position, who has many years of relevant business experience and is in possession of a qualification other than a degree may be considered.
Students who complete the PDM programme having shown above average academic performance and who have also had relevant business experience, are eligible to apply.

POST-UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years post-university experience is required, and applicants with more experience have a better chance of being selected.GMAT SCORES
All students applying for the MBA need to sit for the GMAT test and obtain a high enough score to be considered for a MBA.MOTIVATION
An applicant to the MBA degree is expected to be well motivated and to be conversant with the content of the MBA programme.MATHEMATICS
A level of competence equivalent to the requirements of the SA Matriculation certificate is advisable. A number of areas of the MBA degree such as Analytical Methods, Management of Operations and Technology and Corporate Finance require students to be able to think quantitatively and to have a reasonable level of mathematical ability.

MBA Class's Memory of 2010
"It's been an eventful year. Personally, the last time I had a chance to take stock was when I was flying back to SA from Birmingham, a little apprehensive. I was questioning this decision to return to Africa and indeed this latest crackpot idea to further my education in business.
The mind was swimming with anxiety and I was seriously considering reneging. But then, as the project took on a life of it’s own, it soon became apparent, that there would be little time or space to worry too much."
